Finance Operations Officer

Work Location: Muntinlupa (Onsite)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday regular dayshift

Salary: 60,000

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.

Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to ensure financial stability.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.

Prepare financial reports, statements, and audits as required.

Qualifications:

Commercial experience of over 3 years where you have gained experience in high volume daily processing and reconciliations

Has over 5 years of experience in collaborating and partnering with foreign senior stakeholders

Working knowledge in Continuous Improvement specific to accounting process-mapping and streamlining.

Strong knowledge of financial operations and accounting

Proficient in MS Excel

Strong understanding of cash to system reconciliations

Excellent numerical skills.”
