Lady Connect is an innovative social enterprise dedicated to creating employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to bridge the gap between talented individuals with disabilities and meaningful employment opportunities through vocational training, job placement, and business ventures including a boutique retail operation and future call center.
Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated virtual intern to support our growing organization's marketing and operational initiatives. This position offers hands-on experience in social enterprise operations while contributing to our mission of expanding employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
Duration
- Minimum 3-month commitment
- 100% remote position

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in developing digital marketing materials for our boutique retail initiative
- Support the creation and maintenance of our website, showcasing success stories and available services
- Help coordinate virtual training programs for job seekers
- Assist in documenting and organizing success stories from program participants
- Support the development of presentation materials for potential corporate partners
- Contribute to social media strategy and content creation
- Assist in creating documentation for our computer training curriculum
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with basic digital tools and software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Interest in social enterprise and disability advocacy
- Reliable internet connection and computer access
Desired Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, Human Services, or related field
- Experience with digital marketing and social media management
- Basic graphic design skills
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools
- Interest in retail operations and/or workforce development
