Position available: Line Cook
Qualification:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Several years of commercial cooking experience (2~3 years) or completion of college/other equivalent credential program in cooking is required.
- Proficient in English is required.
Main duties:
-Prepare ingredients and components of each recipe on the pub’s menu in cooperation with other kitchen staffs
-Set up and stocking stations with all necessary kitchen supplies
-Memorize recipes, procedures, and standard portion sizes
-Maintain freshness of product and rotating old product out
-Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all times to avoid contamination
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner
-Be aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines
Wage & Benefits:
$20~$25 per hour depends on experience and expertise, 4% vacation fee of gross salary or 10 days paid vacation, gratuities and extended health insurance.
Working hours:
8 hours per day and 40 hours per week (permanent & full-time position)
