Job Title: Area Manager for Branded QSR Fast Food Sites

Salary: £50k plus car allowance

Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment Agency in London is recruiting an Area Manager for a leading Brand of QSR Fast Food Restaurant.

You will oversee 8 sites across central and north London, supporting site managers in delivering on-brand operational excellence. You will mentor General Managers and drive profitability, and exceptional customer service. You will act as a mentor and leader for restaurant General Managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with the brand's standards and values.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (Business/Hospitality)

5+ years in multi-unit restaurant management, QSR or other hospitality.

Proven track in operational improvements and achievement of business goals.

Advanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership desirable.

Skills and Attributes:

Strong P&L management, data analysis, and performance metrics.

Leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, team development.

Customer service passion and strategic thinking.

Excellent communicator, results-driven, high emotional intelligence.

Resilient under pressure, flexible schedule including weekends.

Requirements:

Valid UK driving licence essential

Salary:

£50,000 per annum
