Architectural and civil engineering / Drafting, CAD operator, tracer

You will be creating construction drawings for construction sites.

You can be involved in a variety of construction projects, including office buildings, factories, schools, hospitals, apartment buildings, and temples and shrines.

You will be stationed on-site or work from the office or at home.

We do not leave it up to the site manager alone, but have a collaborative system with the architecture department and other departments.

Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 )required

Salary

Monthly salary 300,000 yen to 550,000 yen

<Expected annual salary>

Annual salary 4 million yen to 8.5 million yen

Trial/training

There is a trial period (6 months)

Employment conditions are the same as for regular employment

Qualifications

25-45 years old

Experience required

[Requirements]

Civil engineering or architecture university graduate (Japanese vocational school acceptable) or 10 years of related experience

[Preferred conditions]

-3 years or more construction management experience

-3 years or more experience in non-residential construction of over 100 million yen

-1st class construction management engineer or 1st class architect

Working hours

Weekdays: 8:00-17:00 (60-minute break)
