Accounting Advisory Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)

Salary: 60,000

Work Location: Makati onsite

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday regular dayshift

Responsibilities:

Provide technical accounting advisory services on IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.

Review and assess complex accounting transactions, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and financial instruments.

Assist clients in preparing and reviewing financial statements to ensure compliance.

Conduct financial due diligence and support M&A transactions, IPOs, and business restructurings.

Lead and mentor a team of junior accounting professionals.

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance or accounting advisory services

Experience in a consulting firm or professional services organization is advantageous.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance, with the ability to manage complex financial statements and analyses

CIA certification or equivalent is an asset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
