We are working on a new business venture in Virginia: a baseball and softball batting cage and training facility. As part of this project, we are developing a website and require a Graphic Design Artist to produce the visual content.

• Develop and design creative graphics for various media, including print, digital, and social platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Produce high-quality images, illustrations, and layouts for promotional materials, advertisements, websites, and other marketing assets.

• Edit and refine existing graphics to ensure consistency and quality.

• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback for final revisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or similar role.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other alternative tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and previous work.

• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging graphics that capture the audience's attention.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Experience with video editing and animation software.

• Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
