Snr Business Analyst needs 8+ years’ business analyst experience
Snr Business Analyst requires:
o UKG WFM Kronos
o Retail industry
o WFC & PRO
o Agile delivery methodology
o Jira, confluence to document stories
o Workday integration
o Test strategies and manual testing for UKG PRO
o SOX compliance
o Project management
o Degree in IT, computer science
Snr Business Analyst duties:
o Analyzes complex cross functional business processes and defines integrated requirements.
o Facilitates the design of integrated solutions (process, technical & organizational).
o Ensures the end to end solution is proven to deliver the required business results.
o Drives adoption of the designed processes and solution use with stakeholders.
o Communicates with business SMEs to ensure expectations are kept in line with project status.
o Drives the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements
o Upon implementation, drives & supports the knowledge transfer to Global Production Support.
o Develop, monitor and track plans to create the BA deliverables on an assigned project.
