Job Summary:

The Safety Engineer is responsible for evaluating and mitigating workplace hazards, designing safety systems, and ensuring that the company adheres to safety laws and regulations. They play a key role in protecting workers, equipment, and the environment by developing proactive safety measures and responding to potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment & Safety Analysis:

Perform regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards in work processes, equipment, and materials.

Conduct hazard analysis and use data to design safety procedures that minimize risks to employees and operations.

Develop safety strategies based on the findings of safety assessments and investigations.

Design and Implementation of Safety Systems:

Design, implement, and maintain safety systems and protocols tailored to the specific needs of the organization and industry.

Recommend and design protective equipment, safety mechanisms, and engineering controls to reduce hazards.
