Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our subscribers, providing real-time assistance through live chat. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a fully remote role with rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.

•Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by replying in time about the customer request.

•Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

•Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback with the team.

Qualifications

•Proven experience in a customer service role (experience in live chat industries is a plus).

•Excellent written communication skills.

•Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.

•Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings, if required.

•Familiarity with chat platforms.
