We are looking for a Production Supervisor for a chimney manufacturing industry located in Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Total Experience: Min 2 - 9 yrs
Designation: Production Engineer / Supervisor
Job Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
An immediate joiner is preferable
Gender: Male Candidates only
Education: BE / Diploma Civil
Responsibilities include:
Planning and scheduling the Monthly production plans on a priority basis.
Planning for previous pending projects without affecting the present production plan.
Managing manpower and handling them without stress and work pressure, Manpower motivation will be an added advantage.
Promoting and following Zero defects and zero accidents concepts are a must.
Planning for inventory control and stock management
Should be result oriented for on-time delivery of the project
Planning and scheduling for project dispatch as per priority basis.
Well, the verse in understanding Autocad drawing and production techniques.
Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees
Preparation and submission of daily activity report to the management at the end of every working day.
Ensure all products are fabricated in an efficient and safe manner while maintaining a high level of quality standards.
