Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with 7 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Service Portal Module. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow scripting and integration. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions, with a particular focus on CSM and Service Portal modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and Service Portal solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and requirements.
Customize and configure CSM modules (e.g., Case Management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Requests) to improve customer service processes.
Create and develop intuitive and responsive Service Portal interfaces, enhancing user experience and interaction for customers and agents.
Develop and customize ServiceNow scripts (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes) to automate processes and provide robust solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (via REST and SOAP APIs) to enhance functionality and streamline business processes.
Implement best practices in ServiceNow development and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CSM and Service Portal modules, ensuring smooth functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of CSM and Service Portal solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Participate in full development lifecycle activities, from requirement gathering to post-deployment support and maintenance.
Continuously improve the performance, efficiency, and user experience of CSM and Service Portal solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7 years of overall ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3 years focused on CSM (Customer Service Management) and Service Portal.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions).
Experience developing and customizing Service Portal interfaces, widgets, and themes.
Proficiency in ServiceNow CSM modules (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Service Requests, etc.).
Solid understanding of ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP) with other third-party systems.
Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
