Job Description:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field/Master
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior executives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time management skills
Strong attention to details and accuracy
Proactive and resourceful with a problem solving mindset
Ability to handle multiple task and work under pressure
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information's
Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite( Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other office software
Essentials Functions and Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling for COO
Coordinate travel arrangement such as lodging and transportation for COO’s in-person meetings
Draft, review and send communications on behalt of the COO. Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and informations to the COO
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Maintain various records and documents for COO
Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the COO
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Liaise with other executives, departments and stakeholders as needed
Monitor and address operational issues that require the COO attention
Assist in developing and implementing office procedures to improve efficiency
Perform other administrative task and support activities as required by the COO
