Resource who can serve as an architect for an organization, providing suggestions, solutions and reviews of current and new systems being developed. Ideally this person will come from a hands on, technical background, knowing how to do the work of the teams they are working with. This person will work closely with other architects throughout OTS to serve as a review of systems that they are working with, to ensure that standards are being upheld across the organization.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

Experience with the .NET framework, public cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), private data center environments, and Automation/Continuous Integration (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, etc.)

Experience in SDLC including associated deployment methodologies, QA processes, and performance tuning efforts

Previous Infrastructure/System Engineering experience in heterogeneous environments Expert level technical skill in one or more technology disciplines (.net core application design DevOps, high availability solutions)

Recent experience leading the technical design of distributed systems or other complex projects

10+ years of relevant work experience delivering enterprise customer facing solutions

6+ years of relevant work experience designing and building enterprise class distributed systems

6+ years of relevant work experience in highly regulated industries

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

Architect level certifications for one or more technical disciplines (Windows, Linux, Cloud, Networking, or Security)

Previous experience with Department of Public Safety applications and systems
