React Building

Looking for strong React, nextJS and page and component building experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of highly interactive, responsive, and performant web applications using React and Next.js.

Design and implement reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components and pages to enhance user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend engineers, to define application features and workflows.

Build and maintain highly optimized, SEO-friendly pages using Next.js with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).

Write clean, modular, and efficient JavaScript code following industry best practices and coding standards.

Ensure a consistent and user-friendly UI across multiple platforms and devices.

Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on React/Next.js best practices and efficient component-driven design.

Integrate with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to fetch and display data in a performant way.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize frontend code for better performance, stability, and scalability.

Implement state management solutions using tools like Redux, React Context API, or similar state libraries.

Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in frontend technologies and best practices, especially within the React and Next.js ecosystems.

Drive continuous improvements in frontend architecture and tooling to improve developer productivity.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React and Next.js.

Expertise in building dynamic and interactive web pages and components using React.

Proficiency in Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and building SEO-friendly pages.

Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 with experience building responsive designs and cross-browser compatible applications.

Strong experience with React state management libraries like Redux, React Context API, or similar solutions.

Familiarity with API integration, especially working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Expertise in front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and version control systems like Git.

Experience in optimizing performance and improving page load times.

Solid understanding of testing frameworks and tools like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.

Familiarity with component-driven development, Design Systems, and UI/UX principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with TypeScript for building strongly typed React applications.

Knowledge of advanced Next.js features such as Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) and Dynamic Routing.

Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS).

Understanding of SEO fundamentals and accessibility best practices.

Experience with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying web applications.

Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile development environments.
