Direct Report: Customer Support and Payments Team Lead
Work Set-up: Remote/WFH opportunity
Job Purpose:
To handle customer communication, assist in resolving customer issues. Assist with payment transactions processing and support, and the overall support of customer accounts.
Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide multilingual customer support and translate communications as needed.
* Assist in researching and resolving customer issues using available tools and resources.
* Manage client accounts by updating notes and maintaining accurate records.
* Help investigate and address transaction discrepancies promptly.
* Monitor customer activity to detect and report potential fraud or misuse.
* Assist in adjusting transactions in customer accounts as necessary.
* Support the production of reports on trends and patterns to identify areas for service improvement.
* Contribute to Identifying and recommending improvements to ongoing processes.
* Enhance the quality of customer-facing communications.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve recurring issues.
* Process transactions within established standards and SLAs.
* Participate in daily security checks to prevent fraudulent activities.
* Report potential risks associated with high-risk transactions.
* Support the team and projects as required
Skills & Qualifications:
* Ability to think critically and draw from experience to make decisions
* Computer literacy
* Care in dealing with sensitive information
* Ability to understand both written and oral instructions in English and Russian
* Ability to write, read and speak in the required languages
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and identify customer’s needs
* The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
* Ability to independently research solutions and solve problems
* Strong customer orientation
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Performance driven and a strong team player
* Fluent and advanced skills both oral and in specialized languages would be an asset
* High school diploma required
* Flexible and has the ability to quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes
* Must be amenable to working on a rotational or shifting schedule (morning/mid/night shifts)
Knowledge & Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years in a position with relevant experience would be an asset
* vKnowledge of Sportsbook industry would be an asset
* Basic office skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
