Administrative Assistant (Long term contract) The Woodlands, TX

LATAVCO (Prime Vendor) is seeking a few qualified resumes for our client's (Facilities Dept) for an Administrative Assistant Grounds Crew Member for their The Woodlands, Texas location. This is a temporary March 3, 2025 to August 31, 2025 FT contract role.

Scope:

• Answer Facilities Help-Line

• Dispatch Technicians for service calls

• Enter work orders into work order system

• General Clerical as needed

Location / Hours:

• The temporary position requires the employee to be onsite at 5000 Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands, Texas.

• Office Hours: 7 am – 4 pm (1 hour for lunch); Monday-Friday.

Term:

• As soon as candidate selected to August 31, 2025 (Strong Potential for temp contract extension)

Budget:

• The rate is $15.75 per hour.
