Maintenance Technicians (Long Term Contracts) The Woodlands, TX

LATAVCO (Prime Vendor) is seeking many qualified resumes for our client's (Facilities Dept) for multiple Maintenance Technicians for their Conroe, Texas and The Woodlands locations. These are long term contract FT roles.

Scope:

• Some knowledge of HVAC Systems

• Basic MEP repairs for facilities (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems)

• Grounds clean up as needed

Location / Hours:

• The temporary positions require the two employees to be onsite at 5000 Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands, Texas and two employees to be onsite at 3200 College Park Dr, Conroe, Texas.

• Office Hours: 7 am – 3:30 pm (30 minutes for lunch); Monday-Friday.

Term:

• As soon as candidate selected to August 31, 2025 (Strong Potential for temp contract extensions)

Budget:

• The hourly rate is $25.00 per hour.
