Role Description
• You shall be responsible for the management, and training of the
sales team, improving the overall sales ability of the team.
• Will be responsible of striking business/sales deals with
potential dealers of solar inverter and also liase with
companies for business deals.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer
needs, provide satisfactory service, and ensure customer
satisfaction.
• Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure the completion
of sales tasks, and be responsible for sales performance.
• Market analysis and promotion: conduct market analysis and
competitive situation research, develop marketing strategies, and
enhance brand awareness and market share.
• Responsible for sales contract signing, implementation, and
follow-up, to ensure the implementation of the contract.
