We are a high-end fashion brand specializing in ready-to-wear collections with sophisticated designs, high-quality craftsmanship, and strong versatility. As a startup, we are building a strong brand presence on digital platforms and need a creative Content Marketer to play a key role in content creation and development, helping to establish both the brand’s identity and the personal branding of the founder.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Marketer to develop quality content across various formats, including articles, images, videos, and creative campaigns. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness and enhance the personal branding of the founder. You will work closely with the team and the founder to deliver impactful and engaging content to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development: Plan and implement diverse content strategies aligned with our target audience to build a premium brand image and enhance the founder’s personal branding.

• Content Creation & Management: Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), email marketing, and other communication channels. Coordinate and execute behind-the-scenes shoots, photo and video editing, and ensure the content aligns with the brand’s vision and aesthetic.

• Blog & PR Writing: Craft compelling blog posts, PR articles, and promotional content to boost brand awareness. Articles will be written in both English and Vietnamese.

• Social Media Content Management: Develop and execute creative content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more. Work with designers, photographers, and models to create high-quality content that aligns with our luxury brand image.

• Founder’s Personal Branding: Build and develop content strategies for the founder’s personal brand, including articles, videos, and blog posts, positioning them as a key influencer in the luxury fashion industry.

• SEO Optimization: Ensure all online content is SEO-friendly, including blog articles, product descriptions, and web content, to maximize search visibility.

• Content Performance Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of content campaigns using analytics tools, assess audience engagement, and optimize strategies for better performance.

• Influencer & Partnership Collaboration: Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media partners to expand brand reach and enhance online visibility.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in content marketing for luxury fashion or premium brands.

• Fluency in English (Speaking, Writing, and Presentation) is a MUST.

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to tailor content for different platforms and audiences.

• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization to improve search rankings.

• Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Creative and independent mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics in writing, photography, and video content.

• Experience in developing and managing content strategies for personal branding is a plus.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments (design, marketing, PR).

• Data-driven approach to analyzing content performance and making informed improvements.

• Understanding of fashion industry trends and high-end customer preferences.

Additional Skills Preferred:

• Experience in video content development or the ability to create short social media videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok).

• Basic photography, video editing (CapCut), or graphic design skills.

• Knowledge of content analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.).

• Strong awareness of digital marketing trends in the fashion industry.

• High sense of aesthetics and brand storytelling.
