We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to support strategic decision-making across departments. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in turning raw data into actionable insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

* Data Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business strategies and improvements.

* Reporting & Visualization: Create clear, comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or others. Present findings to stakeholders in a digestible format.

* Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and suggest improvements.

* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

* Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide data-driven insights for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as requested by leadership or departments.

* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data analysis techniques to continuously improve processes.

Requirements:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

* Experience:

* Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

* Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and techniques.

* Technical Skills:

* Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.

* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar).

* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

* Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.

* Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.

* Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.

* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with large datasets.

* Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders across the organization.
