About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Customer Service (CS) Administrator to support our customer service operations. In this role, you will help manage customer interactions, streamline processes, and ensure efficient communication between teams and clients. Your work will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support Coordination: Assist in managing customer inquiries, process tickets, and service requests efficiently.

CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and organization.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement automation tools to improve response times and service efficiency.

Communication & Liaison: Act as a bridge between customers, support teams, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Technical Support Assistance: Help troubleshoot customer issues.

Training & Resource Management: Full training offerred for customer support and maintaining a knowledge base for FAQs and best practices.

Requirements:

Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing software, and communication platforms.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
