This unique internship focuses on leveraging collaboration, humility, precision, patience and empathy while mobilizing university networks to support the development of sustainable communities that serve families seeking renewal. The ideal candidate will bridge technological innovation with authentic relationship building across both regions (USA and India).

Intellectual Property & Revenue Structure

- Interns maintains full ownership of all original intellectual property

- 50/50 split of net proceeds from all commercial use of created works

- Retention of rights to use intellectual property in personal portfolio

- Co-branding opportunities on all products and materials

- Transparent quarterly revenue reporting and distribution

- Clear attribution rights on all published works

- Collaborative marketing opportunities

- Input on product development and distribution

Essential Connection Requirements

Strong preference for candidates with:

- Current enrollment in a US college/university

- Experience in both US and Indian cultural contexts
