UX designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated UX Designer with expertise in AWS, Java, .NET, and SQL to create and enhance user experiences for our applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and the ability to ensure usability, accessibility, and aesthetics in software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and prototype user interfaces for applications built on Java and .NET frameworks.

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define user requirements and design goals.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.

Work with AWS cloud services to optimize and design cloud-based applications.

Ensure consistency in branding, color schemes, typography, and UI components.

Utilize SQL databases to extract insights on user behavior and application performance.

Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Implement and advocate for UX best practices, accessibility, and responsive design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.

Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based design considerations.

Strong understanding of Java and .NET applications from a design perspective.

Proficiency in SQL databases and the ability to analyze user data for design improvements.

Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).

Experience with UX research methodologies and usability testing.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
