Central Texas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney for our client to handle complex legal disputes across multiple industries. This role includes business and real estate litigation, breach of contract cases, trade secrets, intellectual property disputes, and securities litigation.

Key Responsibilities

️ Litigation & Case Management

Represent clients in commercial litigation matters from pre-trial to resolution.

Handle business and real estate disputes, breach of contract cases, trade secrets, and intellectual property litigation.

Develop and execute legal strategies to protect client interests.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Participate in depositions, court hearings, and trials.

Advise clients on risk assessment, compliance, and dispute resolution strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

5 to 15 years of commercial litigation experience.

Strong background in business and real estate disputes, contracts, and intellectual property law.

Experience with securities litigation and trade secret disputes preferred.

Exceptional legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to handle cases independently and collaborate within a legal team.

Strong negotiation and client communication skills.

Demonstrated career stability—consistent employment history preferred.
