Location: Dallas, TX Job Type: Full-Time Work Model: OTR (Over-the-Road)

Pay: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM (Avg. $1,350 – $1,500 per week)

Central Texas Recruiting has a client seeking Class A CDL Drivers for OTR positions in Dallas, TX. We offer flexible home time, modern equipment, and strong operational support to keep you on the road and maximizing your earnings.

Nationwide OTR Routes – Freight runs across all 48 states, with most loads east of I-35.

Freight Type – 100% no-touch freight (50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload).

No Forced NYC Dispatch – No requirement to enter NYC or its five boroughs.

Mileage – Drivers average 2,000-2,200 miles per week (based on Hours of Service & availability).

Equipment & Support:

Late-Model Trucks – 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.

Avg. Length of Haul: 400 miles.

24/7 Support – Access to operations assistance at all times.

Pay & Bonuses:

Base Pay: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM (based on experience).

Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour (after the first two hours).

️ Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.

Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage & productivity.

Vacation Package:

1 Year: 1 week

3 Years: 2 weeks

7 Years: 3 weeks

15 Years: 4 weeks

Requirements:

️ Class A CDL License

️ At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience

️ Must be an active OTR driver at the time of bonus payout to qualify
