About the Role

Central Texas Recruiting has a client seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support business improvement initiatives, financial planning, and performance tracking in an Aerospace manufacturing environment. This full-time role is ideal for a data-driven, analytical professional with manufacturing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

️ Support business improvement initiatives and ensure successful deployment.

️ Manage daily reporting, assist with monthly forecasting, and annual planning.

️ Analyze financial data to support decision-making and performance tracking.

️ Assist with the capital appropriation process and post-project reviews.

️ Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley internal control requirements.

️ Provide financial insights to support plant leaders and operational decisions.

️ Perform other finance-related duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited institution.

4+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting within a manufacturing environment.

Preferred:

CPA, CMA, MBA, or Qualified Accountant certification.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with Essbase, Hyperion, Oracle, or similar systems.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
