Job description

We provide solutions to purchase used income-generating real estate (such as apartments and office buildings), renovate the interior and exterior of the property, and resell it. Our department, Property Management, was established in October 2020 and is responsible for sales and management work to increase the value of resale properties. Your main sales activities are related to intermediate rentals that fill vacant properties and add value to property owners.

Salary

Monthly salary: 330,000 yen to 450,000 yen

Expected monthly income: 330,000 to 450,000 yen

Trial/training

There is a trial period (3 months)

Employment conditions are the same as for regular jobs.

Working hours

Tuesday and Wednesday: 9:00-18:00,

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 10:00-19:00

Holidays and vacations

2 days a week, Tuesday and Wednesday are regular holidays. 125 days off per year.
