5+ years experience minimum

Hands on Keyboard

Need to stand on their own. Only one other on the team. Need to be self starter.

Everything will be in Kotlin

Dont think they would need to interact with Java but could potentially.

Need exp. in cohort teams

Database exp. dont care, have in house solution and use SQL lite.

Dont want someone whos just working on an app that didnt see customers.

Android apps focused on voice and messaging features (voice calling, chat, real time notifications, etc.) ?

Still open if they dont have voice calling, chat, etc.

Any one protocol is fine. Any exp. with chat apps then dont care what protocol they have used in the past.

Protocol is more important for full time.

MVVM is most common but not super consistent. Not a hard requirement but anyone SHOULD HAVE EXP WITH MVVM.

NEED to function in ambiguous environment.

Exp. delivering products to millions of customers.
