Client Relationship Management

Leadership & Team Development

Ideal Candidate Profile.

7+ years of leadership experience in operations, general management, or business development within landscape construction projects, maintenance in the high-end industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Demonstrated ability to scale business operations while maintaining excellence and financial discipline.

Strong strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency.

Financial acumen, including P&L management, EBITDA growth, and financial reporting.

Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to develop and inspire a results-driven culture.

Adaptability and problem-solving mindset, capable of leading through a transition and driving continuous improvement.
