We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to US-based entrepreneurs and business owners. This is a full-time remote position working with American clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones
Handle email correspondence and maintain inbox organization
Process basic bookkeeping and expense reports
Conduct research and prepare presentations
Manage social media accounts and create basic content
Complete data entry and document management tasks
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
2+ years of administrative or VA experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
Available to work US business hours
Strong internet connection and quiet home office setup
Bachelor's degree preferred
