DESIGN ARCHITECT

Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with client needs and project goals with detailed architectural plans, elevations and 3d Models.

Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects from inception to completion.

Work closely with interior designers, contractors and other team members to ensure design integrity and seamless project execution.

Stay current with industry trends, materials, technologies and incorporate sustainable design solutions into projects

Conduct site visitations to monitor projects, inspect workmanship, and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Ensure all design conforms with building codes, regulations and industry standards by preparing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications and construction documents.

Engage with clients to understand their visions, preferences and requirements with the ability to present design proposals and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback

Ensure adherenece to all company policies relevant to your role.

Requirements

He/She must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with minimum of 3-5 years experience in this field.

He/She must be able to conceptualize and create appealing and functional interior spaces.

He/She must have strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions.

He/She must have sustainable knowledge of design principles and be able to integrate solutions into projects.

He/She should have meticulous attention to detail to ensure design accuracy and quality.

He/She must demonstrate strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

He/She must be proficient in design softwares like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and other relevant design tools

He/She must be available for occasional travel to meet with clients or stakeholders.

He/She must have strong portfolio showcasing innovative design projects.
