Position Title : Business Operations Intern

Location : Yangon and other countries. Yangon residents can travel to other countries. Yangon residents will get Permanent Resident cards and citizenship of other countries. Remote work for residents from other countries.

Duration : minimum 6 months contract. We will offer jobs to applicants who will sign long term contract with us.

Work Type : Full-time for Yangon residents and full-time remote for employees from other countries

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Interns to support the seamless functioning of our operations across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in analyzing and optimizing operational processes across various subsidiaries.

- Support the preparation of business performance reports and cross-industry insights for management.

- Collaborate with different business units to gather data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.

- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specific to each industry sector.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions in diverse industries.

- Help maintain and update operational manuals, policies, and procedures for multiple departments.

- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to address operational challenges and implement solutions.

- Provide administrative and logistical support for corporate-level projects.

Mandatory requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools (e.g., Excel, Word).

- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
