Work Location: Makati

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday regular dayshift

Salary: 150,000

Responsibilities:

Design and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and maintain high performance.

Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Strengthen the organization’s employer brand through innovative campaigns and engagement initiatives.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles.

Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling placement teams.

Strong understanding of technical roles, skillsets, and industry-specific terminology.

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with stakeholders.

Understanding of industry trends, labor market dynamics, and regulatory compliance.

Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.

Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HR Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.

Experience in acquiring employees with IT background is preferred

This position will be working with global organization of independent professional services firms.
