Responsibilities:
Identify and engage high-quality candidates or resources through various channels, including job boards, social media, talent networks, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive talent or resource pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, or procurement teams to align sourcing activities with organizational goals.
Share insights and recommendations to refine sourcing strategies and address potential challenges.
Track and analyze sourcing metrics such as time-to-source, candidate quality, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, IT Audit, Digital Transformation, IT professionals).
Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques, advanced knowledge on sourcing methods methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Advanced knowledge of sourcing platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
Experience with ATS and HR Information Systems (HRIS systems) is preferred.
Knowledge of technical roles and skills to evaluate candidates effectively.
