Work Schedule: Monday-Friday regular dayshift

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling.
Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of executive assistants to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee and manage special projects or events, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency of administrative workflows.
Represent executives in meetings or discussions when required, ensuring seamless follow-up on action items.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a professional services or accounting environment
Must be willing to work on night shift
Advanced skills with MS Office and Adobe products. In particular, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Acrobat
Proficiency to quickly learn proprietary software
Willingness to work on Canadian working hours to support the executive team effectively

This position will be working with global organization of independent professional services firms.
