Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team for a long term contract engagement (6+ months). The ideal candidate will be client and business focused with strong SAP expertise, able to document existing business processes and communicate business requirements to technical resources.

Required Skills:

Strong SAP experience required, with S4 HANA expertise highly preferred

Experience developing and documenting business flows

Project management or coordination experience in technical implementations

Power BI / SQL Experience

Programming background

Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct meetings and produce meeting minutes

Data Management – Transferring Data

5 to 7 Years hands on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical projects and/or provide technical business analysis support

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports

Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Manage SAP/S4 HANA related projects and processes

Qualifications:

Proven working experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, or Project Coordinator

Strong SAP knowledge required, S4 HANA experience strongly preferred

Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience is highly desired

Proven ability to produce business process flow diagrams

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings

BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
