Overseeing the full scope of electrical, mechanical, construction and maintenance projects.

Preparation of an excellent team, their guidance, and taking work from the team by effective leadership.

Managing the project to complete on time, within budget and scope.

Plan and execute the preventive maintenance activities for all Generators, Solar System, Boiler, Air Conditions and HVAC etc.

Overseeing and monitoring the troubleshooting of all utilities equipment and ensure resolution of service desk complaints.

Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting.
