Role: ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant

Location: Onsite (Raleigh NC/Remote)

Scope:

Strong ITOM TC to lead/support design workshops for Discovery/CMDB/CSDM and Service Mapping, document/refine stories, demo solution and provide advisory support as required. No configuration as just Plan phase at this time. Onsite schedule is still TBD, but estimating onsite workshops the week(s) of Sept 16 and/or Sept 23 week.

Requirements:

• Must have ServiceNow IT Operations Management(ITOM) experience.

• ServiceNow Certified.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
