Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos Mainland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk)
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
