Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Construction Project Superintendent to

lead our construction projects from start to finish. In this role,

you'll oversee all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are

completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of

quality and safety. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with

exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for

building strong relationships with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with owners,

architects, engineers, subcontractors, and material vendors.

Represent the company professionally in all interactions, enhancing both

your and the company's reputation.

2. Project Planning and Coordination:

Work closely with Project Managers and Subcontractor Foremen to monitor

project schedules, adjust manpower, and allocate resources as needed.

Coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment with

project goals and objectives.

Lead regular progress meetings to track milestones, address challenges,

and adjust plans as necessary.

3. Site Management:

Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, tradesmen, and on-site personnel,

ensuring all activities comply with safety and quality standards.

Oversee daily site operations, managing schedules, logistics, and

workflow to maintain project momentum.

Monitor mechanical, electrical, and fire protection installations for

adherence to design specifications and coordination drawings.

Proactively resolve conflicts or disputes that arise during the

construction process.

4. Quality Control:

Collaborate with the Project Manager and Subcontractor Foremen to ensure

all work meets the highest quality standards as outlined in project

documents and drawings.

Implement and enforce quality control procedures, conducting inspections

to identify and rectify any deficiencies promptly.

5. Safety Management:

Take the lead in ensuring a safe work environment by proactively

implementing safety protocols and addressing potential hazards.

Work with the Company Safety Director and regulatory officials to

maintain compliance with all safety regulations.

Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections to reinforce a

culture of safety on every project.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Construction Project

Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role in the construction

industry.

Deep knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the

ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple

projects simultaneously.

OSHA certification and strong understanding of safety regulations and

best practices.

Proficiency in MS Windows, with experience using ProCore and iPad as a plus.

Valid driver’s license, clean motor vehicle record, and willingness to

travel to various project sites.

Commitment to maintaining a company-provided vehicle, keeping it

serviced and clean.
