Duties:

Provide technical guidance to DFC and its stakeholders as necessary. Support O&M development on an as needed basis

Provide oversight to solution design and technical architecture expertise for each project.

This resource shall act as the primary point person for managing incidents and problems for O&M.

Evaluate or remediate any issues or delegate to other developers as needed

Work closely with the DFC stakeholders to review a how the features shall be deployed over time and clearly linked to the overall business and technical goals.

This resource shall perform development and configuration activities as directed by the SNOW Implementation Specialist.
