Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Coordinator to establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will facilitate patient referrals to Ace Medicare for treatment in India, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between local doctors and our medical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Ace Medicare’s services in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Establish and maintain relationships with local doctors, healthcare providers, and medical institutions.

Coordinate with doctors to identify patients who require specialized treatment available at Ace Medicare.

Facilitate the referral process for patients, ensuring smooth transitions from local care to our facilities in India.

Provide detailed information about Ace Medicare’s services, treatment options, and benefits to healthcare professionals and patients.

Organize and participate in outreach programs, seminars, and meetings to increase awareness of our services.

Monitor and report on marketing activities, patient referrals, and feedback from local partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Strong network and relationships with local doctors and healthcare providers in Dhaka.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Proven track record in managing referrals and coordinating between healthcare providers and patients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

Proficiency in English and Bengali is required; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.

Salary:

The salary will range from 50,000 to 60,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
