We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in South Africa. This role is critical in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence in the region. The ideal candidate for this role should be able to contribute to building relationships, implementing new programs that will increase your business’ revenue potentials and minimize churn rates.

Reporting to the Director of Commercial, the individual shall be the point of contact for all potential and new clients who are seeking information on the products and services the company provides. They will also be responsible for growing the portfolio of clients. The role requires one to be hungry to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads to in person meetings.

Compensation: 673.3k-730.5k ZAR per annum


Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand Sukhiba’s reach.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions that drive user acquisition and engagement.

Work closely with the product team to gather user feedback and insights to inform product,

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Identify and prioritize potential partners based on strategic fit, speed of implementation and growth.

Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Mastermind business growth strategies to help meet organizational objectives and goals.

Attend networking events and build industry connections in order to facilitate business growth.

Ensure that Sukhiba complies with contractual obligations as well as relevant regulations.

Assess viability of partnerships including overseeing all necessary economic assessment, financial valuation and other supporting analysis for specific opportunities.

Communicating with partner companies on behalf of Sukhiba to ensure all parties are satisfied with the status of the partnership.

Management of internal as well as external stakeholders.

Engage in key and targeted client activities.

Update and maintain proper reporting metrics and funnel management on evaluation/progress of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.


Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, preferably in a startup environment.

Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment.

Demonstrate strong project management skills, by being able to execute on multiple projects at a time, meet deadlines, and create work of high quality.

Demonstrate strong people management skills, including managing partners and suppliers.

Understanding the business metrics in relation to building and driving growth in the market.
