Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: Starting at $78,000 yearly salary.

Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance provided after completing 90 days.

Position: Branch Manager

Standard Hours: 8:30am – 6:30pm M-F, 9:30am – 3:00pm S


-Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

-Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales specialists.

-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

-Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

-Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.

-Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.

-Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).

-Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.

-Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.

-Inform customers about new features and functionalities.

-Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

-Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

-Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting both.

-Facilitate interaction and workflow among project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables.

-Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with team members on upcoming client meetings.

-Work with sales and marketing teams to boost customer referrals and develop case studies.

Operations and Logistics:

-Ensure safe and efficient operations.

-Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.

-Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting.

-Look for opportunities to expand systems.

-Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.

-Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with the management team.

-Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.

Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.

-Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.

-Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes.

-Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

-Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

-Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

-Assisting first-line managers to achieve their goals and also ensures that all teams within a unit are functioning well.

-Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff.

-Creating and implementing strategies for business growth

-Hiring new staff within a department or business unit.

-Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients.

-Working closely with account managers and other senior staff to retain clients.

-Developing new solutions.
