Are you our new Account Supervisor?

We’re on the hunt for a standout Account Supervisor with the experience and talent to deliver exceptional service and integrated marketing campaigns for existing and new clients in North America. It’s a varied role with opportunities for growth and personal development. Not only will you have the opportunity to work with some of our biggest clients, you’ll also have the autonomy to shape your own role (with all the support you need, of course).

No day is the same, but here are some of the things you’ll get up to:

• Develop and deliver on- and offline marketing projects, branding, digital campaigns and systems, exhibitions, and printed collateral.

• Understand your clients’ aims, business, and markets to help deliver creative and commercial solutions.

• Drive our business development activities across North America, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities and expanding our reach in the process.

• Brief and coordinate our creative studio, digital teams, suppliers and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns on time and on budget.

• Create detailed and accurate contact reports, estimates, timing plans, and other client documentation, as required.

• Follow quality assurance and operational processes.

• Provide campaign performance results and insightful recommendations to the client and the Proctors' teams.

Communicate and be focused on preemptive problem-solving as well as always managing the expectations of the client.
