Job Overview:

The Customer Experience officer will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of interactions efficiently.

Reports to: Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

- Assist customers with product information and recommend additional products and services that meet their needs.

- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.

- Gather customer feedback and share it with the team to improve service standards.

- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Patience and empathy.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Team player with a positive attitude.
