Description:

Responsibilities

§ Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as necessary

§ Maintain office inventory supplies.

§ Create employee onboarding packets for new hires.

§ Manage the office calendar, including scheduling for PTOs, birthdays, anniversaries, and other events.

§ Create new leads and To-Do’s in the CRM Pipeline.

§ Manage emails in the billing and info inboxes, responding as appropriate.

§ Input vendor bills into the accounting system.

§ Write checks as requested and maintain accurate records.

§ Assist with Accounts Payable.

Requirements

§ Some College education is helpful but not required; A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

§ 3+ years of administrative assistant experience is required; clerical accounting experience is preferred.

§ The ability to answer incoming phone calls and initiate proactive calls to customers and clients when necessary is essential.

§ Strong organizational skills are necessary, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

§ Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for accurate data management and reporting.

§ Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
