Short Description:

assist in completing 1000 PC refreshes.

Job Description:

We have many PCs to replace due to the XP Remediation project that was completed 4 years ago where we had to refresh managed desktops to WIN 7 to be compliant with Microsoft. This position will split time between refreshing PCs (1/3 of time) and performing asset related activities such as receiving new PCs, prepping & imaging PCs, as well as, performing surplus duties.

Description (including, but not limited to):

Technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems

Hands on technical and functional assistance to business and technical users

Remote technical and functional assistance to business and technical users

Required Skills:

Unpack PC boxes and stage for i tagging 2 Years

Organizing PCs and parts in stock rooms 2 Years

Work tasks & perform data updates in ServiceNow system 2 Years

Process PCs & delivery for State Surplus 2 Years

Perform updates in AssetWorks system 2 Years

Assist with PC pickups, deliveries, shipping 2 Years

Assist with testing new PC models 2 Years

Performing lifecycle replacements 2 Years

Physical PC inventories

Provide PCs to customers 2 Years

Image/Provision PCs 2 Years

Use Sharepoint for file management

Win 10, 11 knowledge preferred Basic knowledge of Mac OS helpful M365 knowledge preferred 2 Years
