Caregiver

Job Description:

Omni ES is seeking a reliable and empathetic Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.

Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.

Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.

Monitor and record clients' health and behavior, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.

Administer medication and follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.

Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands.

Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
